Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Personnel management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Willing/able to travel throughout the state of Massachusetts
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Bilingual preferred
• Must possess great written and verbal communication skills

Growth manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to; coordinating, facilitating and overseeing the timely and efficient scheduling and completion of all intakes, assessments, and placements of new applicants for our services; oversee the management of all incoming inquiries; participate in the development and implementation of trainings for and development of our intake/assessment department; train, supervise and evaluate all departments that are involved in our onboarding process; interviewing, and hiring staff for their respective department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
