This drive leads us to revolutionize the door industry and help people walk through walls. Our company is currently looking to add a Housekeeping Coordinator/Janitor. The ideal candidate will be willing to handle general janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, but also play a valuable part in ensuring the work environment is clean, safe, and well taken care of. We're interested in hiring individuals who are responsible and have excellent communication skills. Overview/Responsibilities: · Safety: Understand and follow all safety rules and ensure PPE is always worn; ensure good housekeeping in work area (5S 1); · Quality: Ensure restrooms are maintained and fully equipped; perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed. · Delivery: Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up; · Inventory: Make sure all necessary supplies is available; · Productivity: Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot; handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests; complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
