What Does a Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls Shift Leader Do?
Mason’s Shift Leaders are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Deck Hands, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery and customer relations. Virginia law requires YOU MUST BA AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Excels in performing all Deck Hands tasks including: order taking, sandwich maker, drinks and cashier. • Maintains fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards. • Uses the company cash register accurately • Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks. • Motivates and coaches Deck Hands, and assists in the training of new Deck Hands. • Offers friendly and expeditious customer service. • Completes all other duties assigned as necessary.

How Much Do They Get Paid?
Shift Leaders participate in the tip pool. While at work Shift Leaders may choose from a menu of free meals. Masons also incorporates a flexible schedule, with no early mornings, late evenings or over night shifts.
