SEEKING A VISIONARY LEADER WHO:

MHS PRINCIPAL MUST POSSESS
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

  • Valid Ohio administrative certification/license.

  • Proven experience in educational leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high school setting.

  • Experience leading a team of leaders.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative educational programs and initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.

  • Demonstrated depth of understanding of and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.

  • Visionary leadership style with a future focus, staying abreast of marketplace demands, technological advances, and emerging educational trends while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement and student-centered outcomes.
