Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Valid Ohio administrative certification/license.

Proven experience in educational leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high school setting.

Experience leading a team of leaders.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative educational programs and initiatives.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.

Demonstrated depth of understanding of and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
