Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities and Procedures:

• Pre-Run Checklist. Be sure they are fully completed before the run starts.
• QA all lines and products to include visual, smell, weight, etc.
• QA product weights, fill levels, label position, cap tightness, etc. every ½ to 1 hour.
• Stop line for any QA infractions.
• Randomly check finished goods on pallets.
• Monitor proper cleaning of all process equipment.
• Reject a batch if it may be compromised.
• Monitor employees to make sure proper product handling and safety is being practiced.
• Ensure all PPE requirements are being followed
• Facility check twice daily for potential hazardous to employee safety.
• No cleanout buckets or drums left on the filling lines.
• Cleanliness of the filling lines and equipment being used.
• Daily check of the cleanliness of the employee lunchroom and bathrooms.
• Monitor cleanout logs to make sure they are completed properly.
• Employees must follow the Good Manufacturing Practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
