We are currently seeking 2 Sit Down Forklift Operators for our client in a MC tire distribution center on 1st shift (7 am - 3:30 pm) Monday through Friday with potential for overtime. This facility is located in York, PA.

Pay: $17.50/HR

What’ll you do:

• Receive load assignments at the start of shift from Manager. Coordinate and consolidate the product flow within the warehouse and ensure the product is placed in the proper zone/bin.
• Survey the lift at the start of each shift and note any equipment issues on the pre-trip inspection checklist. 2. Load and unload product from trucks using a forklift.
• Chock trailer or utilize dock levelers prior to loading or unloading. Ensure carrier in door and carrier on pick list of Bill of Lading match prior to loading or unloading.
• Ensure product is accurate and damage free.
• Report to supervisor in a timely manner when loading or unloading is complete for the next assignment. Practice and maintain safe conditions throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness in warehouse.
• Responsible for any other additional clerical duties as assigned by Management
