Masis Professional Group is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for a contract to hire position.

FULL TIME Warehouse Supervisor position available immediately for the right person Monday to Friday (weekends may be required) from 7:00AM / 8:00AM / 9:00AM / to close (Hours might differ).

Start date: Immediately

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible of overseeing the day‐to‐day activities of a team (of warehouse workers) who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse. Reports to the Warehouse Manager about the daily shipping, incidents and inventory. The Warehouse Supervisor should prioritize and assign tasks to the warehouse workers, to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and company's objectives are met.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Reports to the Warehouse Manager about the daily shippings, incidents and inventory.
• Help the Warehouse Manager in shipping and receiving process.
• The Warehouse Supervisor should prioritize and assign tasks to the warehouse workers, to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and company's objectives are met.
• Teach and train the new employees.
• Help to load and unload the trucks (with the use of forklift and palletjack) with product if needed.
• Separating the products in the warehouse, and locate them according to vendors / clients and trucking company, if needed.
• Picking of the product received in a manual inventory, if needed.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lb
• Palletjack and forklift certified
• Be able to count accurately
• Be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day in an extremely cold environment
• Be proficient in written and spoken English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
