We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, electrical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn-out parts
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Weld, fabricate, and install new equipment or structures as needed
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
