Job Title : Data Entry Specialist
Location : St Charles, MO 63301
Duration : 6 Months (Possibility of extension)
Summary :
The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in setting up financial Master Data, ensuring exceptional data quality and process efficiency to support our client.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate locally with Sales & Distribution KU, Finance KU, and Manufacturing KU.
- Work regionally and globally with Business Process Leaders, Business Effectiveness Team, Digital Technology, and 1Navision Global Support team.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of master data into financial systems ERP and Corporate Management Systems.
- Drive process improvements through close partnership with other functions to achieve optimal process efficiency.
Education & Experience :
- University Education (preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT majors).
- Knowledge of business processes in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Understanding of ERP systems design and interfaces environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
