Responsibilities
- Responsible for building, monitoring, and adjusting intra-company shipments (loads) using SAP or other planning tools.
- The main point of contact for contract suppliers in assisting with and managing their outbound freight.
- Liaise with transportation and warehousing groups as well as personnel at 3PL to help resolve issues with intra-company shipment ship/arrival dates or quantity discrepancies.
- Responsible for compiling various reports that are utilized by leadership and processing ad-hoc reporting as needed for the supply/capacity teams.
- Communication skills (writing and verbal), Data entry, and organization.
- Able to help resolve and interpret data, Compile reporting, and pull together presentations.
