```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New and Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team at Maserati of Monmouth. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing their dream cars. Your excellent sales skills, customer service abilities, and knowledge of the car business will be essential in this role.

```Responsibilities```

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the car buying process, addressing any questions or concerns

- Develop and maintain relationships with previous buyers as well as current customers.

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure a successful transaction

- Coordinate with our BDC and finance department in order to ensure a smooth transaction

- Stay up-to-date with vehicle upgrades.

```Experience```

- Proven experience in sales.

- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully

- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills

- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
