Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about vehicles and answering inquiries.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, options, and warranties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors. 
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive features and specifications.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
