Description
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the assigned department(s) are maintained in good working order in a manner that prevents disruption of the site's operations and is in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
The Maintenance Technician ensures implementation of short- and long-term strategies for preventative maintenance scheduling and execution, for timely corrective maintenance actions and for general site maintenance needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Completes daily maintenance work order provided from Maintenance Supervisor. Troubleshoots electrical equipment. Maintains and repairs all production equipment.
Troubleshoots production equipment using PLC. Edits programs to accommodate new procedures on existing equipment. Edits programs to control the edition of conveyors or stacking machinery. Arc Flash Trained
Non-Essential Functions
Complies with Cabinetwork’s Group policies and procedures, departmental safety, quality and operational procedures and reports any deviations from the same.
Performs necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. Actively participates in process improvements by utilizing Cabinetwork’s Group quality systems.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

$26.00 plus a $2.00 differential.
