• Submits clinical notes no less often than weekly
• Submits progress notes and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated
• Discusses the need for the involvement of other members of the health team such as the home health aide, the physical therapist, the speech therapist, the occupational therapist, and the medical social worker, etc., with the appropriate supervisor
• Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required upon hire
• 2 years of recent Home Health Experience-Required

• OASIS-D Experience-Required - for Home Health

• $58,000-$80,000 Annual Salary, based on experience (Option 1)
