Job Summary:
Family owned private practice seeking full-time skilled and compassionate provider with no weekends. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your expertise to improve the oral health of our community. Our management team focuses on all of the business tasks so that our dentists can focus on their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize dental software systems (Dentrix Ascend) for accurate and efficient record keeping
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education
- Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficient in performing dentistry procedures
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems for restorative dentistry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively document medical information
