We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
- Utilize effective communication skills to actively listen to customers and identify their needs
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
-Ability to learn new software for order placement.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze situations, problem-solve, and make sound decisions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Basic computer skills needed
