A Developmental Disabilities Associate is the full performance level of work providing residential services for intellectual/developmentally disabled clients. This position is responsible for implementation of the prescribed treatments and services required to carry out the clients' individual treatment plans for a cottage or living unit in a residential facility. This position assigns, reviews and approves the work of and trains lower-level Direct Care Assistants and Direct Care Trainees

Experience: Three years of experience providing direct client services in a developmental disability or similar behavior modification setting.

The desired candidate will have experience assisting supervisors and providing guidance and support to direct support professionals and experience scheduling staff members.
