Description
For years Maryhurst programs have been working to serve children and families in the greatest need. Maryhurst Renewal continues this tradition as it partners with children, adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support, ultimately clearing barriers to success at home, at school, and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one, group and family counseling, as well as case management and behavioral modification support, in office, home or school-based settings.
The Intake Coordinator:
- Is responsible for managing client referrals and intakes for the Renewal Outpatient program, coordinating with the Community Partner Coordinator to review and develop referral source partnerships, generating and distributing reports on program referral data, and carrying out tasks that support the general needs of the program and agency.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive under the Maryhurst motor vehicle policy.
