The Mary T Family of Companies has immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at our group home in Brooklyn Park, MN.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will work directly with individuals with disabilities in a residential group home settings by assisting with personal cares, household tasks, taking vital signs, charting, medication administration, medical appointments and other duties that are assigned.
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time daytime and part-time evening schedules available. All positions require every-other weekend.

Requirements:
- LPN License in Minnesota is required
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- The ability to pass a background check through DHS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
