Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Softball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields. As a Softball Coach, you will be responsible for training and mentoring players to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for softball players
- Teach players the rules and techniques of the game
- Organize and lead practice sessions to improve players' skills
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve
- Motivate and inspire players to work hard and excel in the sport
- Plan and strategize for games and tournaments
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields
- Knowledge of softball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,311.45 - $60,000.00 per year
