About Us

We are a Small, Family-Run, and Community-Based Cafe looking to add new members to our Team! We are looking for dedicated employees that will fit our character and bring comfort, love, and warmth to our community.

Although we are small, it is often a fast-paced work environment that requires experience, skill, and self motivation. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly , is good at time management, can work with speed and accuracy and attention to detail

We would love to find a long-term, dedicated employee that can work as many days a week as possible! Open to flexibility/more part time work as well.

Your Roles

• Dishwasher: Washing dishes quickly and Efficiently as taught in your training, managing time in order to be available for other tasks.
• Runner: Serving food to customers efficiently.
• Busser: Clearing and wiping tables quickly and efficiently whenever needed.
• Other: When necessary, you may need to prepare food, stock the deli case, chop, etc. Other employees can do these as well as run food and buss when they have time. it is all about who is available to do the task when asked!

Hiring Process

First contact us with your resume, and we can find a good time for you to pop into MLC for an interview. We would love to meet you and have a quick chat before moving forward! We will then call you in for a paid training/shadow week, and if we think you are a good fit, go from there!
