Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse in Mary Bridge Infusion & Specialty Services is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of skilled patient care in the home setting. Nursing care is based on an individual plan of care/plan of treatment developed by the RN staff members and monitored by the health care team, as ordered by the provider. The RN is directly accountable and responsible for the quality of care provided to patients and has the authority to direct care, provide education, seek resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks. Uses their specialized knowledge to perform the activities of administration, supervision, delegation and evaluation of nursing practice. The RN has continuous contact with physicians, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, patient care staff, and management.
Minimum Requirements:
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
At least one (1) year acute care experience preferred
Previous IV therapy experience preferred
Central line experience preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire. Employees may be grandfathered if hired in or prior to January 2021
Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
Licensed in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse
PEARS certification as indicated by unit specific expectations
Current BLS level CPR certification
Compensation Range:
A - Min: $15.74-Max: $78.75
