```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information at each visit
- Assist with administrative tasks such as taking and triaging phone calls, sending out new patient info, faxing, and scanning documents; must have strong background in insurance verification
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a similar healthcare setting is preferred; must have experience with electronic health records
- Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and insurance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
