Marvin Group is Hiring an Outside sales representative Near Inglewood, CA

Clean Water Technology (CWT) is founder and fabricator of the most advanced and sustainable wastewater treatment systems on the market.

Our flagship technology, the Gas Energy Mixing (GEM) System, boasts more efficient chemical usage, higher contaminant removal rates and drier sludge all within a significantly smaller footprint than conventional treatment technologies.

In addition, CWT provides turn-key, full wastewater treatment solutions ranging from primary treatment (Screens, GEM System, DAF Retrofits, Clarifiers) to biological treatment (UASB, EGSB biological reactors) MBR’s, MBBR’s),to advanced filtration systems (UF, MF, UF, RO).

CWT focuses on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best value within the smallest available footprints.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Promoting and selling water and wastewater treatment equipment to multiple industries including food and beverage, metals, refineries, cosmetics, and more..
  • Developing leads from tradeshows, engineering groups, research and networking.
  • Establishing rapport with buyers through site visits, lunch and learns, web conferencing and tradeshow attendance.
  • Obtaining samples for laboratory analyses and development of bids.
  • Visiting client site to determine project needs and available footprint.
  • Performing Client demonstrations / onsite pilot testing and installations if needed.
  • Generating proposals, negotiating contracts, receipt and review of purchase orders and scheduling production with Client and CWT operations.
  • Administering post-sale customer care, additional training, troubleshooting and continued relationships with Clients.
  • Maintaining strong backlog and efficient sales forecasting for management review.
  • Assisting in development of promotional tools and marketing as needed.
  • Provide continued customer and technical service throughout the sales and after-sales process.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS :

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Salesforce is required.
  • Understanding of wastewater treatment technologies, terms, and available treatment technologies.
  • Experience selling Capital Equipment in the Environmental Industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful industrial wastewater treatment sales experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel 1 4 weeks per month. Maybe some travel on Sundays or Saturdays.
