Purpose: 

Receiving clerk is to acknowledge and take receipt of all incoming materials and packages, identify receipt in ERP system and identify location. 

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for receiving product accurately and in a timely manner 
2. Verify and visually inspect product coming in 
3. Prepare and package product 
4. Store product in location 
5. Shipping and receiving experience 
6. Understanding FIFO (First In –First Out) 
7. Understand PQR (Procurement Quality Control)
8. Ability to cross check inventory 
9. Skills in counting materials 
10. Pull accurate quantities 
11. Stage orders once completed 
12. Support year-end inventory 

Job Requirements consist of education, skills, training, and competency of Internal Procedures listed and Associated Documents:

1. Maintain awareness and understanding of documents published in the BMS Library, with specific competency of general as well as related field documents.

2. 1 year experience in inventory management ideally for aerospace manufacturing 

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

4. Ability to make sound decisions independently 

5. SAP minimum 1 year experience

6. Hazardous material handling experience/training in a manufacturing environment

7. Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift 

8. Attention to detail 

9. Self-Starter 

10. Including full knowledge and understanding of the duties completed by Inventory Clerk I & Inventory Clerk II.
