Manufacturing Associates fill one of two roles. Associates are selected for one of these positions based on interest, skills, and previous experience.
1. Pultrusion Operators - Operators are responsible for running a production line. They ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting. This position requires associates to manage and prioritize multiple tasks that ensure continuous operation of the production line. Candidates must have a good memory and problem-solving skills. Once trained, this position provides training and mentoring to new associates.
2. Pultrusion Inspectors - This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs products. Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met, and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates.
