Your Team, Your Impact
This team uses Python, Visual Basic, and C for various aspects of test development as well as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Teradyne Ultraflex tester and Advantest 93K testers., and proprietary equipment you'll learn about on the job.This team owns all test engineering activities related to the new product introduction (NPI) plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, release of production test programs, and optimization of test time and yield.
You'll work very closely with members of your own team as well as people from different design groups, marketing, program management, quality assurance, and other operations teams to move projects forward successfully.
What You Can Expect
The individual will be responsible for defining test plans, designing test hardware and implementing test programs for production and characterization. This position requires working closely with product engineering and cross functional teams to own and execute on all test engineering activities related to the NPI plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, release of production test programs and optimization of test time and yield.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a technically curious self-starter who is excited to think outside the box to work on new technologies and novel solutions.
- Design of complex and high-performance ATE hardware
- Testing of high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM)
- Solid understanding of mixed signal ATE principles
- Strong foundation in Design For Test
- Expertise in either Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFLEX platforms
- BS EE and 10 years experience

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
109,300 - 161,730, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
