We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Franchise & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our franchise across various platforms. If you have deep knowledge of Marvel content and characters, strong writing abilities, and a keen eye for details, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with Franchise Managers and Coordinators to ensure brand consistency across merchandise, digital media, and publishing.
• Review and route creative materials for approvals and provide feedback to partners.
• Liaise with creative teams, writers, artists, and licensors as needed.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information

The ideal candidate would have:

• Strong knowledge of Marvel content and characters
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong writing skills
• Good editing skills and an aptitude for reviewing large amounts of copy for style and branding guidelines
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300.00-$66,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
