Approximately 15days of call a month. This is a 6 person team w/3 staff on call daily. Our team works well to help cover any days needing off. o Night Shift Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. No experience in CVOR Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CVOR Experience Experience as first and second scrub during CABGs List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG (on pump), Valves, Pericardial Windows Lungs, Decorts, Throacotomy, Carotids, TCAR, Some Vascular Surgery Best personality Fit: Experienced, Confident, Personable w/providers, Go Getter, Works well within a small team REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Surgical Tech Floating Area(s): Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire Light Blue Scrubs Provided by Hospital Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
