Description and Requirements from VMS: HWL , WA (0010-1724)-Allied-0002 Address: Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? No Will accept First Time Travelers? yes Can this clinic take a PTA? Yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: No Patient Population: Outpatient Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
