Description and Requirements from VMS: HWL Park, TX (3010-2124)-Allied-0002 Address: 1335 E Whitestone Blvd O - 100 Cedar Park TX Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? Yes Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes Can this clinic take a PTA? Yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: No Patient Population: Outpatient We are transferring a current PTA to a different clinic and stopping a traveler use so this clinic will go from 3.6 FTE to 3 total (3rd license will be PTA traveler). Evals/week > 15, we have PRN PT that can help if there's eval influx, but this clinic can't run with 2 FTEs only traveler PTA needs to be comfortable and able to handle cobooks all day - needs a team-oriented attitude Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
