Job Overview:

Marty-Kramer Group, based in Richland Center, Wi, is looking for a dedicated dispatcher to support our mission in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Job Duties:

1. Using route planning software, she/he manages passenger orders accepted/received from Medical Transportation Management (MTM).

2. Using route planning software, she/he plans daily work and route schedules for each driver.

3. Monitors personnel and equipment locations and determines how to best utilize those assets to efficiently execute daily routes and schedules.

4. Ensures timely and efficient movement of passengers, according to pre-planned schedules and routes.

5. Ensures accurate and timely communication with clients and drivers; receives and addresses client problems and complaints.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

2. One to three years of verifiable experience required; formal training in logistics and dispatching preferred.

3. Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

4. Ability to pass a criminal background check.

5. Ability to pass a urinalysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • On call
