YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Experienced Auto Sales Rep - Automotive Service Advisor at our dealership, you play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operations are successful. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for each customer's visit as you expertly discuss their auto needs and discern the most appropriate services for their vehicle. Drawing on your deep knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, you confidently pitch customized solutions that will keep their car running smoothly for years to come.

Working closely with our team of parts advisors, you prepare detailed and accurate quotes that outline the necessary repairs and maintenance services. Once the customer gives the green light, you take the work order directly to our highly skilled technicians, who get to work right away. Throughout the process, you maintain an open line of communication with the customer, providing regular updates on the progress of their vehicle and answering any questions they may have.

At the end of the day, you take immense pride in the exceptional customer service you provide, knowing that your expertise and dedication help keep our customers on the road and our dealership running like a well-oiled machine!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2 years of experience using automotive customer care management software such as Reynolds, ADP, Dealertrack, etc.
• 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Computer proficiency as well as experience using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
• Fluency in English

Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep service advising or writing experience is preferred. Experience as an auto repair technician would be a plus. If you meet the requirements listed above, you'd be perfect for this Experienced Auto Sales Rep - Automotive Service Advisor position!
