Coral Gables Civil Litigation Firm searching for driven Associate Attorney to work on multi-faceted practice which includes: commercial, real-property, construction, condominium, partnership dispute, first-party & third-party insurance claims, and personal injury litigation, among other general civil litigation areas of law. Research and draft of pleadings, motions, responses, discovery, and memorandums of law. Assist litigation team in client meetings, Court hearing presentations, depositions, and Trial Preparations.
Strong Research & Writing Skills required. Disposition and willingness to learn in boutique firm environment with potential for growth within the firm. Organization, ability to fit in varied social situations, and quick learner. Candidate must be an active licensed Florida Bar lawyer.
