Martindale CC is seeking two lead servers/bartenders for our restaurant, bar and banquet facility. Must be able to work day, evening and weekend shifts, with limited restrictions 20-40 hours per week (3-4 shifts per week). Must be 21 with atleast 3 years of restaurant serving, managing and bartending experience.

The lead servers/bartenders will be part of the server team and will perform all of the duties required of a server. Other duties will contist of: golf course beverage cart, assistance with beverage inventory and ordering; oversight and training of server(s), setup and oversight of all banquet functions and catered golf outings; and grill lead for all golf outings.

This is an hourly, plus pooled tips position. Hourly pay is based on experience. Pooled tips are divided equally among all waitstaff on a daily basis. Must be able to work days/nights/weekends with limited restrictions.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
