Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Assembly and Disassembly Supervisor to oversee our team of 5-6 technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the assembly and disassembly of vehicles, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. Strong leadership and computer skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly and disassembly team.

· Ensure vehicles are assembled and disassembled according to specifications and safety standards.

· Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.

· Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.

· Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

· Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

· Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in vehicle assembly and disassembly.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.

· Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Tools and Equipment:

· Specialized tools for vehicle assembly and disassembly.

· Basic computer and software tools for managing records and schedules.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within vehicle assembly and disassembly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.65 - $24.87 per hour
