Spray-In Bedliner Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spray-In Bedliner Supervisor to oversee our bedliner application team. The ideal candidate will have experience with F150 trucks and strong documentation skills. This role involves managing a team of 7 people and requires a collaborative approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the spray-in bedliner team.

· Ensure that bedliner applications meet quality standards and customer specifications.

· Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of processes, materials, and quality checks.

· Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.

· Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

· Conduct quality control inspections and address any problems promptly.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience with spray-in bedliner applications, preferably on F150 trucks.

· Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

· Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

· Collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.

· Basic computer skills for maintaining records and schedules.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within bedliner application or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
