Key Responsibilities
- Act as Quality Department point of contact and interface with Information Technology and Business Development ERP Team.
- Act as point of contact in the AX CASE (in development) - Quality System interface and analytics.
- Continuous improvement in NC and RMA database reporting in Power BI.
- Trend analysis in NC and RMA data supporting MH and PT Business Teams.
- Provide actionable analytics based on NC reporting in Power BI.
- Provide actionable analytics based on RMA reporting in Power BI.
- Trend analysis using Corrective/Preventative Actions database.
- Quality Auditor.
- Quality Trainer.
- Provide administrative support in originating, creating, and publishing all documents in the Martin Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs, including but not limited to Quality Management System Manual, Quality System Procedures, Quality System Work Instructions, and Quality System Records.
- Ensure document revision control and record system are maintained.
- Recover and archive obsoleted documents.
- Maintain all required meeting agendas, minutes, and action items – ensure responsible individuals receive pertinent updates on actions taken or actions required.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, focus on goals, take ownership of actions, and act in the best interest of the Company.
- Interpersonal skills – ability to interact well with colleagues at all levels
- Responsive, dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Self-motivated in workload and time management
- Possess strong technical computer skills with proficiency in using various computer programs and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) proficiency
- Adaptable to ever-changing computer systems, resources, organization needs, and learning requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree or equivalent experience in document processing/document management in an ISO, military, or aerospace quality system.
