What will you do?

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze various factors and data points to determine the appropriate pricing strategies for power transmission products. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure that pricing aligns with business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond timely to inbound requests from our established sales team for product and pricing information, quote status, or other requests for assistance.
• Configure, review, and price all Martin Sprocket & Gear Power Transmission products, as well as made-to-order OEM components, completing quotations with a quick turnaround.
• Read through customer specification packets, and drawings and work with our engineering team to provide the best solution and design on large-scale projects.
• Perform all functions in AX dynamics to obtain and analyze quote data.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to inside and outside sales or other staff members regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
• Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities throughout the quotation-to-order process.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience related to gear drives, sprockets, sheaves, and motion control technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of how to use an ERP system -AX Dynamics Must have mechanical aptitude and/or technical inclination.
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
• Requires good math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and managers.

• Team approach to achieving high performance.
• Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and achieve goals.
