Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals - Experience in technology or electronics sales is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays - Prior retail sales experience is desirable We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
