Job Overview:

We are seeking a live-in nanny to care for our 19 month old son and newborn arriving in August. Responsibilities will include pick-up and drop-off at preschool, occasional weekend babysitting for the toddler, light housekeeping and 4-5 hours of care daily for our newborn set to arrive in August. The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care, caregiving, infant care, and possess skills in meal preparation and maintaining a clean environment.

We live in a beautiful gated community with a private bedroom and bathroom. The home has a pool, beautiful golf course views and parking.

Weekly stipend provided plus FREE rent (over $1,000 Value) . Must be reliable, responsible, kind, clean, have babysitting experience, older than 30 years of age and experienced with with young (newborn/toddler) age children.

Duties:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, and outdoor play
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for children
- Follow parents' guidelines on children's daily routines
- Ensure children's well-being and safety at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in babysitting, preschool, daycare, or childcare settings
- Proficiency in providing care for infants and toddlers
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for children
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
