Martin Advertising is Hiring an Account Supervisor Near Irving, TX
- Supervise day-to-day implementation of Regional and Local Market advertising on television, on-line, and radio; coordinate with centers of expertise regarding implementation of other marketing communications
- Present and communicate regional/local marketing needs and opportunities to brand team members and centers of expertise; coordinate with each department to see that client objectives are achieved
- Work closely with agency retail advertising group (creative director and teams; planner and media team) to develop strategy, creative and media plans/budgets
- Orchestrate integration of all marketing and communication disciplines
- Manage Local Marketing Association group’s budgets
- 3-5 years agency account management experience at the Account Supervisor level AND on automotive business
- Brand building savvy
- Excellent public speaking abilities; this position requires presenting to dealer groups on a monthly basis
- Experience with the demands of automotive/retail and an understanding of the regional market in question
- An understanding of retail advertising
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision
- Proven relationship-building and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate well remotely
- Entrepreneurial attitude and fortitude
- Appreciation for and desire to work with dealer groups on a daily basis
- Good project manager as well as strategic big-picture thinker
