Daily tasks include pulling product to be shipped, completing Greenscreen and Powerlink transactions, repackaging and boxing for shipment as necessary, completing electronic shipment transactions with applicable shipper (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.

as well as receiving in materials and managing inventory levels and cycle counts. Position alternates with work in the Production area when shipping area is slow.

Individual must be capable of multi-tasking and working with various computer programs such as Infor, Filemaker Pro, Webdocs and Microsoft (word, excel, PowerPoint).

Training can be provided for the right candidate. Full job description listed below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate labels and Certificate of Compliance, as well as printing CoA when required for shipments.

Packages and labels outgoing shipments, including assembling cardboard containers. Assembles cardboard containers, inserts items into containers, labels and ships product in accordance with customer specifications and internal shipping instructions.

Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of shipping materials, supplies, and finished product waiting to ship.

Order additional department supplies as needed. Perform Finished Goods Inventory Cycle Counts and adjust as needed. Generate scrap authorizations to remove expiring products as needed.

Shipping (packaging and loading) and receiving (unpacking and unloading) of equipment / product from customers, carriers, vendors or other offices Performs visual quality inspections prior to receiving, stocking or shipping.

Maintains documentation and information related to all incoming, stocking and outgoing transactions to ensure proper asset control Process orders through UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.

with appropriate paperwork Process Electronic Export Information (EEI) for International Shipments as needed Scan shipping related documentation after processing Work closely with Purchasing department, initiating POs for customer supplied materials as well as outsourced product / processes.

Responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures, work instructions, and protocols and the completion of all documentation regarding shipping and receiving.

Utilize a lean perspective when reviewing processes and procedures for the department. Develop and revise procedures and work instructions, as needed.

Verify all documentation completed is filled out per cGMP regulations and internal procedures. Perform product identification and traceability activities as required.

Complete credit memos for returned product Follow all cleaning and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and company rules and regulations.

Communicate with other departments, as needed, to perform job functions. Other duties may be assigned as deemed normal and customary for this position within a similar industry.
