Overview: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, including mobile devices and computer hardware. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work with hand tools and soldering equipment. Duties: - Diagnose and repair Android and Windows-based mobile devices - Perform equipment repairs, including computer hardware and peripherals - Analyze device issues and provide effective solutions - Utilize field service techniques to troubleshoot and resolve problems - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries - Maintain accurate records of repairs performed - Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the industry Skills: - Strong technical skills in repairing mobile devices, computer hardware, and peripherals - Proficient in using hand tools and soldering equipment - Knowledge of Android and Windows operating systems - Ability to analyze device issues and provide effective solutions - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills to interact with customers At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary based on experience. Pay: $12.50 - $22.47 per hour
