Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading the Recruitment Team in the development, implementation, on-going management and evaluation of recruitment sourcing strategies and initiatives to support the talent needs of the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). The Sourcing Specialist will partner with recruiters, medical directors/hiring managers and Marketing/Communications to effectively source candidates through maintaining candidate pools or databases, identifying potential candidates and using cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract candidates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: One of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Health Care, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field and three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools.
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Health Care, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field, and five years of experience in recruitment, marketing and/or sales to include at least three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools.
High School Diploma and seven years of experience in recruitment, marketing and/or sales to include at least three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools.

Preferred/Optional: Previous experience recruiting in a healthcare environment.

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
