We are seeking a Maintenance PM to join our maintenance team that supports many aspects of the operations at our MARSHALLTOWN Armstrong facility located at our Fayetteville, AR, location.

Brief Description: The Weekend Shift Maintenance – PM position supports regular and routine maintenance of equipment and assets in order to keep them running and to prevent any costly, unplanned downtime from equipment failure.

• Cleans and performs preventative maintenance on machines and other related equipment
• Maintains equipment and facilities through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions
• Assists other maintenance team members with all daily job requirements
• Maintains a clean work area
• Actively ensures that all safety requirements and procedures are met at all times
• Other duties and project work as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must meet harness and SRL (self retracting lifeline) weight capacity requirements (130 lbs - 310 lbs.)
• Valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced course of study in Industrial maintenance preferred
• Preventative Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
• Working Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is preferred
• 1 years of setup experience in a manufacturing facility is strongly preferred
• Must be able to use tablets and basic computer software
• Ability to calculate, reason, problem solve, and read and write in English
• Frequent standing, walking, gripping, and reaching as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level
• Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Ability to work overtime, as needed
