Description

Assist the IT department with general office tasks.

• Assist with general office tasks such as data entry and document organization.
• Assist in preparing and proofreading documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
• Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
• Support the team in organizing events or special projects.
• Assist with cell phone packing for return shipments.
• Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.

Assist with additional functions at the direction of the COO and CIO and other Agency Management personnel.

Requirements

Requirements

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology)
• Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.25/hour.
