A Lead Patient Access clerk is a specialized health care professional who is responsible for maintaining and leading patient intake areas as assigned. Able to obtain information to ensure proper billing of patient account as well as a means of contacting the patient in regards to their treatment and/or billing issues. Responsibilities also include customer service, cashier services, explanation of insurance benefits, and daily reports.
