Marshall Medical Centers is Hiring a Materials Management Operations Manager Near Boaz, AL
Under the supervision of the Materials Management Director, the Materials Management Operations Manager will have multiple responsibilities in warehouse and at the facilities. The following statements reflect the general duties of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of the work requirements inherent in the position.
Some of the many skills performed:
- Assist with management of Materials Management staff.
- Create monthly schedule for warehouse team.
- Ensure daily processes put in place are followed in the warehouse.
- Assist with setup of new items and par levels in the warehouse.
- Identify slow moving (dead stock) items and remove from inventory.
- Identify and add high volume non-stock item usage and add to stock if needed.
- Organize supply rooms and inventory at the facilities.
- Assist with semi-annual inventory and prep for inventory.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
- Ability to assume Director’s responsibility if needed.
- Verbal ability to communicate courteously to public in answering telephone, responding appropriately, or directing calls to others as necessary.
