Core Responsibilities :
The Communications & Content Specialist / Event Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the development of our marketing strategy and planning successful events that advance the recognition of the company and the brand.
The successful candidate will research, design, develop, and coordinate conferences, conventions, customer meetings and other large-scale events.
He or she will interact with clients, other team members, and product vendors to promote existing and new promotional content.
The individual will lead and create content for company events (internal and external), newsletters, and be the social media liaison.

This position would require the ability to lift files and boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The need to visit the manufacturing facility would require this individual to be exposed to moving or mechanical parts with moderate noise levels.
This position may occasionally be required to travel overnight to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
